Good Article

Just think about how many times Beijing or other major Chinese cities are flooded every year, we know how much we need to learn from the others.  

It is true the fast developments and expansions of the major Chinese cities have not been anticipated even 10 years ago.  But if no efforts are made soon, the problems will become unmanageable. I was in Xian and Beijing this summer.  A mildly heavy rain even made the traffic terriable.  I was in Beijing on July 21, I felt that the rain was not that heavy in comparison to what we have in my city in US. 

For those to criticize this article and said about those dead countryside people, think over again if they are people from your family and relatives.
