海外匯款來美的真正風險是你以前報了海外資產沒有。

海外匯款進美，超過一定數額，三千或一萬，政府是有記錄的。若匯款人是你自己，或有綠卡或是美公民的親戚朋友，就有風險了。沒有申報海外資產，是會被重罰的，也有牢獄的可能。
