美國頂級大學負責錄取和審核資助是互不通氣的。審核資助就是隻看你的家庭收入情況。 要是家庭6萬美元的收入以下， 就肯定全獎免學費。

薄熙來（包括所有的中國官員和職工）的名義收入肯定很低， 完全符合資助的條件。 所以隻要錄取， 就肯定有獎學金。
