You missed ZhouZhou's point completely.

All your complaints can be solved easily by buying high end products in each category. Not a single thing you mentioned is invented by Chinese or uniquely Chinese. If you don't like Chinese-made stuff ,why choose them in the first place? It is your personal call to go for the cheap, you have no one but yourself to blame.
