Let your kids choose their path.

I think it is extremely unlikely that children grown up in Western society will like to move to China. The  best way is let them pick their own path.  

Based on your id, you come cross as the type of person that prefer a more sheltered life. You may have the connections in China to achieve that, but it is unlikely your children will have the same network as you have.

You mentioned that you love Chinese culture and literature. I spent sometime reading Western culture and literature too, and I can tell it is equally magnificent. Your children may develop the same kind of likeness with Western culture as your with Chinese.
