subaru outback premium， 這個是good deal 嗎

請教一下， 今天去Subaru買車，老板給這個價，是good deal 嗎？

2019 Subaru outback premium MSRP: $28445
standard option 11 including: 
Ext auto dim mirror: $241
all wearther floor liners: $132
rear bump cover: $127
destination and delivery: $975

Total suggested retail price:   $29920

他們給我的價格是$26538,   truecar 上的價格是 $27074 （不知是稅前還是稅後？）

請問是good deal 嗎？
