06 Toyota Sienna XLE 使用匯報（2）

本來打算開到二十萬英裏再寫這個使用匯報的。考慮到孩子很快要上大學了，車的使用會慢下來，正好這些天在家休息，就給喜歡DIY的朋友們匯報一下！我的06 Sienna minivan昨天剛剛開到十七萬英裏了！從上次匯報到現在，除了正常維護（空濾、機油、刹車等）, 做了以下修理：
 
1. Backup tire cable 和 dashboard replacement 屬於Toyota recall，免費換了. 我的dashboard 隻在邊上有一點點裂. 可能與我裝了vent visor有關，既使炎熱的夏天，車內溫度也不會很高！
2. Front lower control arm 在十三萬英裏時control arm的joint boot裂開了. 買了一對原裝的. 零件和按裝，一共$750.
3. Swaying bar link 在十五萬英裏時看到swaying bar link的Joint boot裂開了. 花$150買了一對原裝的換上了. 感覺這個零件有點貴！
4. Rear door lift 在十六萬英裏時買了一對非原裝的換上了. 這個便宜，一共$40.
 
考慮到車齡，目前有幾個毛病沒有修：
1. 車內啟動driver side sliding door的按鈕不工作了. 原因是車門上一個$5的motor壞了（零件已買），拆起來挺花時間，準備有空再換.
2. 自動空調的mode damper壞了，手動調節還可以. 暫時不考慮修.
3. 我的車a/c長年開，已經加過兩次Freon, 說不定什麽時候會需要換compressor.
 
我經常洗車打蠟，車看著就像幾年新的車 （見圖）. 目前打算開到二十年或三十萬英裏再換車！

現在二十三萬八千多英裏了 （update on July 10 2023）
