可能會被人扼了，有經驗的請幫忙

事情是這樣的：

一天收到STATEFARM保險公司的信, 說是有propertyloss，讓我去網上claim。我直接打了電話，被告知說是我的車在停車場撞了別人的車。我滿頭霧水，對方讓我留下電話號碼，下一個工作日有人聯係我。掛了電話，我突然想起來女兒的車也是我的名字，問女兒時孩子說都快忘了。說是一天早上起來看車上有個條子寫著：“I believe you hit my car, please contact me by this number..”。他們最後見了麵，女兒說我的車的damage是兩年前我媽媽給撞的，一直沒有修，我的擦痕是舊的。再說了，如果我撞了你的車想抵賴，總不會停在你的車的旁邊吧。對方聽了覺得有理，還給我女兒說sorry，耽誤了女兒的時間等等的話。下星期一的時候，statefarm的agent給我打電話，說對方有policereport，我就讓他把report寄過來。

今天收到policereport，我的一方自然是空白，但在最後有這麽一段話：

Based on the evidence at the scene and the testimony of the present party, the following was determined to have taken place:

The driver of vehicle #2 states that he parked his vehicle at his residence at 2030 hours on 4/16/15, upon returning to his vehicle on 4/17/15 he noticed the driver rear of his vehicle had moderate damage that were not there on the previous date. It is suspected that the vehicle in the parking spot to the left of vehicle#2 {bearing GA tag # CAP5642} is vehicle #1. The vehicle had damages matching the damages received by vehicle#2. Vehicle#2 was not occupied at the time of this incident.
