DI water是啥？

DI water 在生，化實驗室裏常用，但是，此DI與彼DI大不相同。
最 常見的，是De-Ionized water, 是通過離子交換，吸附和膜處理後的水。這種水的標準是水的導電性為18.2 歐姆，基本上是純水電離的導電性。但是，這種水，你要是放到Autoclave 裏，保證你的同事老板會不幹的。因為水裏的非電解質是沒有被 監控的。注意 ，是沒有被監控，並不是一定雜質濃度很高。
還有一種，是Distillated water, 也縮寫 成DI water。這種水，幾乎不含揮發物質，但是，揮發性的有機物質未必除盡，比如氨氣，此外，細菌孢子是有可能通過在蒸汽到達淨水中。前些年有好幾家做蒸餾引用水設備的公司沒有通過 NSF的檢測，就是因為這個Carry over。
至於車冷卻液用水，超市的蒸餾水可用，實驗室的DI水更好。這是因為車冷卻液是密封循環使用，不存在蒸幹 問題，而實驗室的 DI水的電解質含量更低。
