問一個關於車fluid的問題

上星期檢車加oil change，shop裏麵的人說transmission fluid也要徹底換，3萬mile換一次，蠻貴的，回來問一下鄰居，他說他的幾輛車從來沒有換過，都開了10萬mile以上。

我查了一下手冊，還有幾種fluid，說不定下次又會讓我換，請問到底什麽fluid按期要換，什麽隻是測一下level？
