自己換：
1） 買一個 mityvac vacuum oil changer/extractor。 size按你車oil量稍大。這個東東可用於你換機油用。
2） 到walmart買volvoline maxlife dex/merc atf （看後麵有滿足honda Z1字樣）
3） suck trans fluid from dipstick slot (pull out dipstick).
4)  refill atf to dipstick slot

因為honda用的是inline filter，你不須動它。 整個10分鍾的事，油20-30刀。 mityvac 30-70刀取決於size。
