急問：2011年toyota Sienna LE 8座,4萬麥，19800$+tax,可以買嗎？

This used car OTD（ Including TTL　ｅｖｅｒｙｔｈｉｎｇ) 20800K, New sienna I got from dealer OTD( including everythingＴＴＬ） 31500$ . Both are for Sienna LE V6 8 seats, with tainted window, backup camera, rack etc. 你看是不是合理？舊車在我看來是省了一萬。是不是我的新車沒有還好價？新車多少價合理？ 2.7萬V6 LE的新車好像不太可能呀。
