美國店"查不出毛病或修好了車毛病還在也要收費"的規定公平不公平?

我從weiyi的貼有同感, 提上來大家說說,

美國店查不出毛病或修好了毛病還在也要收費, 一般是一小時工錢, 道理上講也是對的,因為人家花了時間,不能白幹啊!可是這裏有一個例外, 那就是也許你的技師水平不高, 沒能力查到真正的毛病呢? 所以一般中國人的店是不收這費的, 或少收, 意思是:我沒水平你就不要付我錢.
