the fee maybe have three parts.
1) diagnostic fee.
2) parts fee ( they may relaced the parts which should not be replced)
3) labor fee.
I think most US shop maybe only relieve your labor fee or half half, the parts already used and no way to relieve to the parts dealer, only let customer to take it.the diagnostic fee will not be relieved.
