Is your car in the recall list? If so, Honda should pay all, regardless of under warranty coverage or not. If not under recall, but has the same symptom as those recalled one, you may continue to argue that the car has design failure, and should be coverred by the recall. You may also file a state consumer complaint if they did not treat you right.
By the way, your car has so many issues, why you still praised it and recommended to your friends with high quality rating?
