Don't worry too much. It is a regular policy for Allstate to harass all claims. What you said became its evidence to argue. I think you should find a local lawer specialized in tranfic accident, and got his opinions. Normally, this kind of lawyer will be free but split 1/3 of insurance payment. I believe Allstate will pay you more even if just 70%. Most of time, you will be asked to see a doctor, especially you felt pain on your chest.
This is really a rediculous world. That guy crossed one lane and hit your car, and you had 30% responsibility. I will fight back with no hesatition.
