如果對方的車是撞在後保險杠中部，那就是對方的責任。我們這裏的做法是，向自己的保險公司報損，保險公司的adjuster會打電話給對方。告訴adjuster雙方碰撞部位，人家一看就知道是誰的錯。這是人家天天的工作，經驗豐富的很。
