車禍求助！

今天在SAFEWAY停車場倒車時被一TRUCK撞了。我倒車前仔細觀察過沒有車出來。當我倒到路中間正在換擋前進時。那TRUCK突然倒車撞在我的BUMP角落。我在和司機交換信息時。他說也不是他的責任，因為他倒之前也觀察過沒有車。警察來了之後，說他們不管停車場的小事故。需要我們自己保險公司解決。現在的問題是對方不承認是他的過失。他的車也沒有損傷。我的車隻有半保。我應該向自己的保險公司報告嗎？是否直接和對方保險公司聯係。我們詢問了SAFEWAY，他們在停車場沒有MONITOR，我們也沒找到證人。隻是我們車被撞的位置是在BUMPER的角上。很大的坑。這是否表明我們先出來的，對方應該讓我們。但警察沒有給事故報告。應該怎麽證明是對方的過失。帖子有點長，但確實希望快點弄清楚應該怎麽辦。
