請問1999本田雅閣發動不起來是怎麽回事？謝謝大家指點！

有朋友在開車途中突然死火，然後就再也發動不起來了。

用別的車也不行，加了油也不行。擰鑰匙隻聽到啟動機轉動的絲絲聲，發動機沒有一點反應，同時儀表盤上的所有指示燈都亮了，連四門打開和腳刹車的燈都跟著一起亮。
