This morning I found 肇事車and 肇事車主 in the parking lot

Then I called police dept. of the campus, a police officer did come to my office and gave me a form to fill. But he had no way to claime the 肇事車主 so far, since the 肇事車主did not report yesterday, even though the scratch scar on her car is obvisious and that matches the scratch scar on my car. I am more 很鬱悶. What should I do and what can I do for it???
