請教：車被刮了，我是否該報警？?

真倒黴！今天下班，在校園停車場發現車的側麵被刮了。但造肇事車主沒留下任何notes。隻在地上可見一片片從肇事車上落下的冰雪。回家後，想起這事，很鬱悶。請壇裏的XDJM 支支招：我是否該報警？
