在南加州 stability control 和 traction control有用嗎？

請問：看到有很好的二手車，但沒有stability control 和traction control。 如果買新車現在這兩個基本都是標配。 我在南加州，雨很少，雪根本沒有，請問有經驗的大牛們這兩個feature對我用處大嗎？ 謝謝指教！
