請教發動機震動的原因

發動機有輕微震動，特別是在熱車時，停車等紅燈時，會感覺腳丫子踩在刹車上好像在替人摸脈搏一樣，咚咚的感覺。車子10年10萬麥了。 PASSAT V6
俺知道對這年齡來說也不是啥大毛病。如果能簡單處理一下那是最好了。
具體情況是這樣的。 怠速運轉，大概不到800轉的樣子，就會有抖動的感覺。稍微提高一下轉速到1100-1200，情況不會改變，再高的話，就沒啥震動了，也許是我感覺不到了。車子越熱症狀越明顯。
火花塞和線是新換得。 空濾和汽油濾芯也是最近換的。
差了一下書，不知道我這情況算不算 engine lopes while idling or idles erratically
如果算的話， 書上說可能的原因
1。 Vacuum leakage.
2. Leakage EGR valve.
3. air filter clogged
4. Fuel pump not delivering sufficient fuel to fuel injection system.
5. Leaking head gasket
6. Timing belt and/or sprocket worn
7. Camshaft lobes worn

想從第一項開始查。 問題是Vacuum leakage 是指啥啊。 自己能查嗎？
