2004 Honda Odyssey EX-L has transmission bug ?

A local private seller sells his 2004 Honda Odyssey EX-L for 10k USD. I checked that car and like it very much. It has 70k miles. The seller said the engine mount was replaced already. Online review says this generation of Odyssey has big transmission bug until 2003. The dilemma is 2004 year model is the same as the earlier one. Anybody here driving Honda 2004 Odyssey give some inputs ? Thank you.
