緊急求助:新手上高速怎麽辦?

說起來慚愧,拿了駕照超過八年了，自己開車的經驗基本沒有。僅有的一些也是在附近的LOCAL超市買買東西的經驗。因為是住NYC的關係，從來不覺得自己不會開車有什麽問題。

現在問題來拉，換了份工作，四月初報到。工作地點在紐約上州，要每天開車來回。一個月前開始練車，請了教練帶著我上高速。上了幾回感覺還是很茫然。自己開的時候就挨著最右邊的線走，時速一超過45邁就開始緊張了，老被後麵的車拿大燈照我。

眼看著時間一日日地近了，心裏實在發慌。隻好上壇子裏請教這裏的高人，象我這樣的新手該怎麽樣最快的適應高速的駕駛？可以的話，告訴我一些大家剛開始開車的經曆，對鍛煉我的心理素質應該很有幫助。多謝多謝。
