撞車了,不知道該怎麽辦...

是別人撞的我，不是我的錯，他沒有保險.
我是保了的uninsured險，不知該不該report to 我的保險公司，怕漲保費。車也就值４，５ 千，可是修要花３千。
車的一側被撞壞了， ７年的車，不想修了，can I trade it in?

不知道該怎麽辦,sign..
