車剛做full service，MOT，今天發現發動機冷卻液基本沒了

今天要開車去機場接人，車剛啟動，噪音特別大，就一直懷疑車出了毛病，可是對車一竅不通的我還是開了個把小時的高速去接人了。
回來的路上，才注意到溫度計顯示經常達到紅色警戒。戰戰兢兢開回家，打開車蓋一看，冷卻液基本上沒有了。
是不是太危險了？嚇得我都失魂落魄了。車子半個月前才做了full service，MOT，難道不差這一項的嗎？garage有責任嗎？
