有必要換變速箱油嗎

車子是01年的VW PASSAT,
快10年的老東西了，剛剛10萬邁。
覺得該花點錢保養一下了。
這車的transmission 是封閉的，（沒有檢查標尺）
手冊上好像也沒說需要換。地雷說不用換，因為是密封的。
可網上很多人說應該換，油這東西總是有壽命的吧。
問題是換一下不便宜。差不多要500多塊。
自己換比較困難。主要是因為沒標尺，不好檢查液麵。
大俠們有什麽建議呢？
