VW newer cars are all with sealed transmissions - non-service type. It's designed to last for a long time, until it's dead. In the event you feel abnormalities, have a well trained euro car transmission mechanic to check it out, that means you might end up paying big (1k+), surely not you and me, even not those transmission guy only working on Accord and Camry, etc.
