Need your opinion: Accord or Civic?

I plan to buy a new car in these couple weeks. Please give some opinion. Thanks!

Information: office: very far. 90+miles/round trip (45miles in local and
45miles in highway)
2 kids: 7-year-old and 2-year-old

A: 2009 Accord sendan LX: 4 doors, $19,995.00
175 horse power
gasline: 20mi/gar in local, and 30mi/gar in highway
B: 2009 Civic LX: 4 doors, $18.895.00
140 horse power
gasline: 26mi/gar in local, and 36mi/gar in highway

I am not rich. So it's hard for me to make a decision. Thanks for your replying
