Accord is one level higher for 1k $

Current Civic model size is very close to that of Accord. Accord is a little bit safer than Civic according to my personal impression. Resale value of Accord is higher than Civic, though I don't know how much exactly. I would choose Accord if it is only 1100 $ different in price.
By the way, your prices look like original listing prices. You may have some room to negotiate further under current economic situation. Good luck.
