乳腺癌初期癌細胞切除後，需要化療嗎

國內親戚最近體檢查出乳腺癌初期，做了手術將癌細胞切除了。但是手術後做了個什麽乳腺癌基因檢測，說她的複發分數較高，建議做化療。哪位懂行的能不能幫忙看看？先謝了。
