請教Annuity 的問題？

最近在看Annuity， 其中一個是在55歲時一次交USD$100K， 正常情況下，66歲開始拿benefit，66歲每年可以拿~$27K， 然後每年增長， 75歲可以拿到~$80K, 80歲可以拿到~$120K. 這樣的annuity靠譜嗎？
