眼睛癢是過敏嗎？

也不是一天到晚都癢，可是會前一分鍾還好好的，後一分鍾突然就癢得不行，用醫生開的眼藥水有用，over the counter 的沒什麽用。是過敏嗎?會是什麽呢？想不出什麽特別。冬天好像更容易癢
