求教：兒子工作了，529裏還剩20多萬，有什麽省稅的取錢辦法嗎？

我查了一下，529開戶15年後可轉3萬5到ROTH, 太少了。就一個孩子，也沒兄弟姐妹可轉。

是不是就隻有交10％的罰款把錢取出來？

或者幹脆不管它，等以後政策變化？
