蛋白過量了,肯定不好。。我喝咖啡就加牛奶,每天吃不多,亂七八糟的喝很多東西,我喜歡喝熱的甜品,奶茶什麽的,我都喜歡喝:))
豆渣真的可以試試,我以前看過一款麵膜,就是豆腐加蜂蜜美白的,豆渣更新鮮,很緊膚的感覺。。我就是沒長性,什麽東西熱乎一陣子,就放棄了:(((
