《頌平常心是道》— （宋）慧開禪師

 

春有百花秋有月，夏有涼風冬有雪。
若無閑事掛心頭，便是人間好時節。

 

A Tranquil Mind by Zen Master Huikai (Soong Dynasty)

 

The full moon crowns the fall, flowers the spring,

Cool breeze is summer’s queen, snow winter’s king.

If thy mind be free from unworthy care,

Each day shall be the best thy world can bring.
