（西式）牛肉炸醬蓋米飯

 

1 lb 80% ground beef

1 can /15oz chili beans

1 can/15oz tomato sauce

1/2 red onion

 

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 park pepper

1/2 curry

1 tbsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

 

3 tbsp oil 

 

油入肉打散，變色，入洋蔥，各種材料，大火燒開，小火燉40分鍾。拌米飯，極好。
