用料:1個9英寸的派皮(偷懶的做法),三隻蛋攪勻,3/4杯白糖,1/4小勺鹽,1小勺濃縮香草精(vanilla extract),2又1/2 杯牛奶,1/4小勺nutmeg,另需一隻蛋白。
做法:把牛奶煮熱。三顆蛋與糖,鹽,香草用mixer攪勻。

將熱牛奶與蛋液混合,用蛋白刷滿派皮。
