最近這次去紐約，給我印象最深的是一家叫鹿鳴春(Joe’s Shanghai)的館子。那裏的蟹粉小籠用料猛，湯汁足，口味絕佳，絕不比上海的南翔台北的鼎泰豐遜色。 這家店在紐約是非常有名的，有兩家店麵，總店在唐人街，分店（價格貴些）在中城的商業區。雖然鹿鳴春其它的菜還談不上特別正宗，但在海外旅行，能吃到這麽 地道的蟹粉小籠，那感覺是完全不一樣的。

天津狗不理紐約分店

地址：135-15 37th Ave., Flushing，電話：[phone]天津狗不理包子已成為津門一絕，享譽海內外，而其開設在紐約法拉盛的分店更是方便了身在海外的華人，使其一享其絕藝。包子沒有正宗狗不理 的好，不過擀皮兒的麵杖很正宗，嗬嗬。推薦溜肝尖，小青椒大腸，京醬肉絲（還是豆腐皮的呢），麻醬花卷，如果去的早的話還有早餐，有煎餅果子和嘎巴菜 ！

紐約的吃

曼哈頓8街，2大道和3大道之間，街北邊的《故鄉味》，是我走遍美國找到的唯一一家正宗湘菜餐館。火焙魚、瀏陽手撕魚（就是湖南臘魚）、虎皮青椒、還有兩個菜忘了，巨正宗。美國掛湘菜牌子的無數，但都與湘菜毫無關係，說明業主毫無職業道德。隻要菜譜上說"湖南牛"、"湖南羊"之類的，趕緊逃跑。

法拉盛Main街，靠近Northern Blvd，街東邊的《小肥羊》藥膳火鍋，很有特色。不怕你能吃辣，但是味道比一般四川火鍋豐富。

《膳坊》（法拉盛Main街西邊，Roosevelt大道一兩個街區？）的成都小炒，有特色，僅此一家。

《朵頤》（曼哈頓39街，5、6大道之間，街北邊。法拉盛有家分店，Main街西邊，37大道兩個街區）的土缽血旺魚片、水煮牛、薑蒜臘肉（號稱自己做的，也確實正宗），地道。《五糧液》、《川霸王》之類的，已經毫無生氣，最多也就是可吃而已。

《鹿鳴春》（曼哈頓唐人街和法拉盛）盛名之下，其實也符。蟹粉小籠包自然是獨步天下，炒菜也很不錯。別看一個清炒豆苗，火候少一秒則太生，過一秒則太綿。《鹿鳴春》炒菜的火候非常到家。上海菜，讓湖南人誇成這樣，這不是一般的成就。

曼哈頓唐人街Canal和Center交叉口路邊上有個羊肉串攤子，據一個朋友介紹巨正宗。他的刁嘴水平和我不相上下，哥們一氣吃了十串。

曼哈頓7大道58街，靠近中央公園，街西邊，有家專門吃麵包的去處，如果你愛吃麵包的話，那是美國最佳。

英國設計師 展皇家風範

被公認為美國境內著名的英國花園的老威斯貝裏莊園，係美國金融大亨暨運動健將約翰費比斯(John Phipps,1874-1958，其父為赫赫有名的卡內基鋼鐵公司的合夥人及慈善家亨利費比斯)，為討他的英國妻子瑪格麗塔葛麗絲歡心所建。因此， 1904年破土興築的豪宅及園子的造型，在倫敦設計師喬治柯羅裏的巧手下，簡直就是查理二世時代的風格再現，遊客漫步於這占地一百六十英畝的庭園，往往有 如置身歐洲莊園的錯覺。事實上，不少去過凡爾賽宮等歐洲名園的遊客，都有此莊園不輸歐洲任何一家名園的感觸。

步入這座費比斯一家族生活了五十年的莊園，第一個教人歎為觀止的，就是濃密得不見天日的參天古菩提及山毛櫸，在曆屆園丁的慧心打造下，已儼然成為高聳壯觀的樹蓬叢林，走在其間，登時有遠離塵囂的快意。

豪宅古意濃 電影拍外景

豪宅入門處以拉丁文寫有「願來者心情寧靜，願離開時身心健康」(Peace to those who enter, good health to those who depart)，雖因它沒有像探訪歐洲城堡時，有種說不出的神秘古意，但屋內陳設及氛圍，很容易讓人聯想起電影「傲慢與偏見」「理性與感性」的諸多場景。 據園裏管理員說，不久前，一部由女星蜜雪兒菲佛及薇諾娜萊德擔綱演出的「Ageof Innocence」，就有很多的景係藉此園拍攝的。

豪宅內的每個房間，都以摘自庭院的鮮花來點綴，餐廳桌上的擺設亦予人有屋主隻是暫時外出，隨時就要回來用餐的感覺。宅宇上下的陳設雖談不上奢華，但從家具、水晶燈、鑲金鏡子及無數名畫收藏的氣派，看得出屋主當年的財力，不是「厚實」二字足以描述。

小徑花木幽 長逾一英裏

不過，總的來說，遊客最愛的可還是能在總長達一點三英裏的花木扶疏小徑上，欣賞奇花異草。像一條鐵杉長青樹步道，乃仿費比斯太太婚前於英國Sussex郡Battle Abbey居住時的一條紫杉步道而設計的，由於它幽靜得有些令人毛骨悚然，因而有ghost walk之名。此外，紫丁香步道上既有傳統變種花草，亦有色彩繽紛的新款雜種繁殖，每年5月間釋放出怡人的香氣，皆教人不忍離去。

整個莊園被規畫成好幾區，如占地兩英畝的意大利園、英國風味的玫瑰園、庭院頗具禪味的日本園、或專門植種耐旱植物的灰色花園、或隻種可以食用的的果蔬區、或景色最受專業攝影師青睞的黃楊木小籓籬灌木與歐洲花園等。

就在遊客圍著涼亭、花壇、水池、藤蔓棚間欣賞著鳶尾花、天竺牡丹、飛燕草、秋牡丹、紫蘿蘭的爭奇鬥豔間，偶爾可見一些供孩兒們遊玩的小木屋。據說費 比斯極鍾愛四名子女，有三間小木屋係按照三個兒子玩具屋搭建的翻版，而當掌上名珠佩姬十歲生日時，更為她搭了一間迷你英國式茅草屋，不僅外觀有模有樣，內 部的家具還一應俱全。

若自行驅車前往，可上Long IslandExpress-way (I-495高速路)，在39出口(Glen Cove Rd.)下，走serviceroad往東開1.1哩後，往右轉到Old Wesbury Rd.,再繼續開0.4哩，莊園的大門便會出現在你的左邊。
