怪味雞,洋蔥排骨, 玉米磨菇雞蓉湯, 等

這幾天做的菜 - 怪味雞,等
怪味雞-
-黃瓜切片在冰水裏泡過瀝幹裝盤,
-粉條進開水泡軟,瀝幹,過冷水再瀝幹裝盤,
-蔥花放盤裏,
-小雞進滾水,加薑片, 蔥段, 酒, 鹽, 煮15分鍾,取出,過冰水,切塊裝盤,
-澆上拌醬, 好吃.
拌醬:
花椒-1TB, 用熱水泡軟,剁爛,
芝麻醬- 3TB (跟糖一起先碾勻)
糖-2TB
醋-2TB
麻油-1TB
紅油-4TB
醬油-6TB
熟芝麻-2TB搗碎,
熟花生-3TB搗碎,
薑, 蒜, 各 1TB, 搗成泥,
這次我還真的用了量勺, 感覺比例很滿意.

用了人參紅酒燉,好吃,

洋蔥排骨-

大排骨用刀臂拍拍鬆 , 撒一點鹽和胡椒粉 , 再拍上一層麵粉 , 多於的撣掉 , 進油鍋 , 煎兩麵金黃 , 取出 ,

用同鍋 , 鍋裏的焦渣會添味道不要洗掉 , 放大量的甜洋蔥絲 , 炒軟 , 加一點胡蘿卜絲 , 把排骨放進去 , 加雞湯 , 生抽 , 糖 , 米酒 , 蓋鍋煮爛就好了 .

油條湯-
剩油條倒入燒開的雞湯裏,加一點醬油,麻油,蔥花, 好吃.

罐頭雞湯兩個加水燒開 , 加罐頭 ( 玉米 , 磨菇 , 雞脯肉 , Costco 買的 ) , 凍的腕豆和胡蘿卜丁 , 燒開 , 勾欠 , 再加兩個打散的雞蛋 , 灑蔥花胡椒粉 , 麻油 , 就好了 .
