香辣排骨-

香料:

胡椒, 花椒, 幹辣椒, 芫茜籽, 小茴香, 孜然籽

以上香料炒香(先炒硬的再放軟的) 碾碎, 跟叉燒醬一起抹在小排骨上, 醃幾小時, 進350F烤箱烤一小時, 烤熟為止.

炒菜鍋燒熱放油炒香辣椒和花椒, 再放蔥,薑,蒜末炒香, 放排骨一起炒, 鍋邊噴一點紹酒, 就起鍋.

蒸魚卷-

蘆筍, 胡蘿卜 – 蒸軟,
香菇泡水切絲,
火腿肉分成小片,
嫩韭菜洗淨切段, 薑去皮切絲,

Dove sole, 魚片用酒,白胡椒, 鹽, 薑絲, 醃15分鍾後, 卷入火腿片,蘆筍, 胡蘿卜絲, 香菇絲, 薑絲, 韭菜, 卷好放在墊了檸檬片的蒸盤裏, 進蒸鍋蒸10-12分鍾, 裝盤,

另一小鍋燒滾一小碗雞湯勾欠, 淋麻油後澆在魚上.
