韓國海鮮煎餅,火鍋,大媽豬的檸檬蛋糕

韓國海鮮煎餅--以前上過,那時不會寫方子,再上一次吧.

這次麵糊是買的現成的,上次是自己用糯麵粉配的. 簡單多了.

- 用了500g 粉, 800ml 水, 加 4個蛋, 攪成糊備用.
- 用了冰凍的, 一包小生耗, 一包混合海鮮(是專們給這個菜用的),解凍後衝涼水,瀝幹.

- 紅椒切絲, 韭菜切段, 韓國泡菜切絲,

把全部的東西混在一起拌勻後,煎成餅,沾醬吃.

沾醬: 醬油, 韓國辣醬, 辣椒麵, 麻油, 糖, 熟芝麻,蔥花, 拌勻.

晚飯--火鍋, 就自己一家吃,花樣就不多, 人多吃火鍋熱鬧, 天冷了吃火鍋舒服,省事.

藍蟹--終於在韓國店買到了藍蟹.

湯底是用排骨和韓國大甜籮卜燉的,醬是在韓國沾醬裏加了麻辣火鍋底醬和沙茶醬, 孩子們就用沙茶醬. 這樣的湯底可以喝,不辣. 吃時加辣醬就好了.

甜點--大媽豬的檸檬蛋糕, 我用了兩杯糖, 把heavy cream 改為 half-and-half, 下次還是不要改, 不夠rich and sweet.

cream cheese frosting--6 oz cream cheese, 6 tb butter, 1 cup powder sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 用hand mixer打發.
