Yogurt Cake



INGREDIENTS
1/3cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1.5 cups cake flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1-2tbsp milk
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400degrees F .
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs until smooth. Combine the flour and baking powder,and Sift into the batter. stir into the yogurt and milk .Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothstick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
