Ingredients:
1 1/2 chopped pecans, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup white sugar, I tsp cinnamon powder, 3 tbsp (42g) melted butter
2 cups (320g)all purpose flour, 1/2 tsp fine salt, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup(113g) butter (room temperature), 1/2 cup white sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 1/2 cup sour cream
11”x 8” (27cm x 20cm) glass pan
180C(355F) 35-40 minutes
