是傑瑞布朗的增稅法案。要點如下：

加州銷售稅從7.25%提到7.5%。

收入25萬到30萬的稅率從9.3%提到10.3%，收入30萬到50萬的稅率從9.3%提到11.3%，收入50萬到100萬的稅率從9.3%提到13.3%。

此項增稅為期7年，從今年開始。

收入25萬的每年要多交$2500，收入30萬的要多交$6000，收入50萬的要多交$20000。
