沒有1099 怎麽辦？

我去年買了幾個出租房，每個房子都花了幾千塊錢去修。但是都沒問修的人要ss號。現在發不了1099表給他們，怎麽辦？聽說隻要多於600塊就要發。可我記得前不久有人說2011年還不需要，請問有這回事嗎？謝謝各位老大幫忙。
