Please see the attached information regarding what types of information is needed to prepare 1099s as well as all applicable deadlines.
Starting with the 2011 tax year, Schedules C (Profit & Loss from Business) and E (Income & Expenses from Real Estate and Royalties) will include the following new line items that will require a Yes or No response:
· Did you make any payments in 2011 that would require you to file Form(s) 1099?
· If “Yes,” did you or will you fill all required Form(s) 1099?
