Talk about My Rental

We got our rent as well for the townhouse for $3280 this month.  We rent this house to a white American about 9 years ago.   We started wth $2100/month, and increased the rent every year.  I appreciate this gentleman who has paid every month on time.  He also did some small repair by himself, and sent me the bill for the material.   We use Paypal for the rent.
