我的case有點複雜，碰到了職業房客，白女 single mom, 有很多eviction records.
10 月份租約到期，7月份告訴房客不續約了 ，她給我發了一個 mold report, 數據高得嚇人。
我自己後來做了inspection, 比她的報告數據小10000倍，很確定她做測試前做了手腳。
但是之前她有complain過，我讓她自己找人查一下，沒有反應。而且我的報告也確認有mold, 就請人來處理，處理期間付了8月份半個多月的旅館費。
處理完她拒絕簽 mold addendum, 我告訴她合同到期還是不續約，為此她暴跳如雷，威脅要告我。
我發現房客在application form 多處作假，沒有disclose eviction and judgment history, 以前的landlord and rental history 也是假的，跟律師商量以後開始驅逐。
8/25 serve 30-day notice for material misrepresntation of information
9/10 did not receive Sep rent, so filed another notice for rent default
10/2 filed unlawful detainer with the court
10/30 lease expired, tenant 拒絕搬走
11/2 return date, the tenant contested the case
11/30 court hearing. tenant 沒有respond to Bill of Particulars, judge granted me summary judgment，三個月未付房租 和 1000 塊律師費，（我付了6000律師費）。
12/10 tenant posted appeal bond, case transferred to the Circuit Court.
12/27 收到通知，Term date set to be 2/5.
現在一月了，房租也沒有收到。現在律師告知我他要file a motion for rent escrow 爭取 1/25 hearing for the motion。trial date 要2/5才知道，至少要三個月以後，搞不好半年以上。
現在我怎麽辦，律師費越來越多，這個過程要拖很久。circuit court 都是辦大案子的，程序很複雜，我自己搞又怕弄不清楚。如果主動問tenant 要不要 settle, 會被她勒索，還會反咬一口, 因為她沒地方搬家，肯定會想辦法拖延時間。
真是煩啊，大家給出點主意吧！慘重的教訓，我已經4個月沒有收到房租了，律師費肯定要上萬了！
